Another cool thing: Hacking a 6V battery to get a year’s supply of AA

To go with my post about recharging non-rechargeable batteries, this hack of a 6V battery promises to save all of a few bucks:

That means, if a telephone battery retails for $15, the cost to the retailer was only $.90. So yeah, I’m going to check this out - it makes sense to me.
